Rayuwa da cututtukan zuciya da angina
Cututtukan zuciya na zuciya (CHD) taƙaitaccen ƙananan hanyoyin jini ne waɗanda ke ba da jini da iskar oxygen ga zuciya. Angina shine ciwon kirji ko rashin jin daɗi wanda galibi yakan faru yayin da kake yin wasu ayyuka ko jin damuwa. Wannan labarin yana tattauna abin da zaka iya yi don gudanar da ciwon kirji da rage haɗarin ka ga cutar zuciya.
CHD takaitawa ne daga ƙananan hanyoyin jini waɗanda ke ba da jini da iskar oxygen ga zuciya.
Angina shine ciwon kirji ko rashin jin daɗi wanda yawanci yakan faru yayin da kake yin wasu ayyuka ko jin damuwa. Hakan na faruwa ne ta sanadiyyar jini mara kyau ta hanyoyin jijiyoyin zuciya.
Idan kana da cutar hawan jini, ciwon suga, ko cholesterol, mai kula da lafiyar ka na iya baka shawara:
- Kiyaye karfin jinin ka mafi sau da yawa zuwa 130/80. Mayananan na iya zama mafi kyau idan kuna da ciwon sukari, cututtukan koda, bugun jini, ko matsalolin zuciya, amma mai ba da sabis ɗin zai ba ku maƙasudinku na musamman.

Mai ba ku sabis zai iya rubuta magani don magance CHD, hawan jini, ciwon sukari, ko kuma yawan matakan cholesterol. Waɗannan na iya haɗawa da:
- ACE masu hanawa
- Masu hana Beta
- Masu toshe tashar calcium
- Diuretics (kwayoyi na ruwa)
- Statins don rage cholesterol
