Amino acid
Amino acid sunadarai ne wadanda suke haduwa don samar da sunadarai. Amino acid da sunadarai sune tubalin ginin rayuwa.
Lokacin da sunadarai suka narke ko suka lalace, amino acid sun rage. Jikin mutum yana amfani da amino acid don yin sunadarai don taimakawa jiki:
- Fasa abinci
- Shuka
- Gyara kayan jikin mutum
- Yi wasu ayyukan jiki da yawa
Hakanan amino acid ana iya amfani dashi azaman tushen ƙarfi daga jiki.
Amino acid ya kasu kashi uku:
- Amino acid masu mahimmanci
- Amino acid mara mahimmanci
- Amino acid mai sharadi
MUHIMMAN AMINO ACids
- Ba za a iya yin amino acid mai mahimmanci da jiki ba. A sakamakon haka, dole ne su zo daga abinci.
- Amino acid 9 masu mahimmanci sune: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, da valine.
AMINO ACIDS

HALIN AMINO ACids
- Amino acid mai sharaɗi yawanci bashi da mahimmanci, sai dai lokacin rashin lafiya da damuwa.
- Amino acid mai sharaɗa sun haɗa da: arginine, cysteine, glutamine, tyrosine, glycine, ornithine, proline, da serine.
Ba kwa buƙatar cin amino acid mai mahimmanci da mara mahimmanci a kowane abinci, amma samun daidaitattun su a tsawon yini yana da mahimmanci. Abincin da ya dogara da abu guda shuka ba zai wadatar ba, amma ba za mu ƙara damuwa da haɗa sunadarai (kamar wake da shinkafa) a abinci guda ba. Madadin haka zamu kalli dacewar abinci gabaɗaya cikin yini.
