Metabolism shine tsarin da jikinku ke amfani dashi don samar da kuzari daga abincin da kuka ci. Abincin ya kunshi sunadarai, carbohydrates, da kitse. Sinadarai a cikin tsarin narkewar abinci (enzymes) suna rarraba kayan abinci zuwa sugars da acid, man jikin ku.
