Wasanni na jiki
Mutum yana samun motsa jiki ta hanyar mai ba da sabis na kiwon lafiya don gano ko yana da lafiya don fara sabon wasa ko sabon lokacin wasanni. Yawancin jihohi suna buƙatar wasanni na jiki kafin yara da matasa suyi wasa.
Wasannin motsa jiki ba sa maye gurbin kula da lafiya na yau da kullun ko binciken yau da kullun.
An yi wasanni na jiki don:
- Gano ko kana cikin koshin lafiya
- Auna balagar jikinka
- Auna lafiyar jikin ku
- Koyi game da raunin da kuka samu yanzu
- Nemo yanayin da wataƙila an haife ku da shi wanda zai iya sa ku sami rauni
Mai ba da sabis na iya ba da shawara kan yadda za a kare kanka daga rauni yayin wasa, da kuma yadda za a yi wasa lafiya tare da yanayin rashin lafiya ko rashin lafiya mai ɗorewa. Misali, idan kuna da asma, kuna iya buƙatar canjin magani don sarrafa shi mafi kyau yayin wasa.
Masu ba da sabis na iya yin wasanni na jiki daban da ɗaya. Amma koyaushe suna haɗa da tattaunawa game da tarihin lafiyar ku da gwajin jiki.

Mai ba da sabis naka na iya tambaya game da:
- Abincinku
- Amfani da kwayoyi, giya, da kari
- Lokacin jinin hailar ka idan kana budurwa ko mace
Idan ka samo fom don tarihin lafiyar ka, cika shi ka kawo tare da shi. Idan ba haka ba, kawo wannan bayanin tare da ku:
- Allerji da wane irin halayen da kuka aikata
- Jerin allurar rigakafin da kuka sha, tare da kwanakin da kuka yi su
- Jerin magungunan da kuke sha, ciki har da takardar sayan magani, kan-kan-kan, da kari (kamar su bitamin, ma'adanai, da ganye)
- Idan kayi amfani da ruwan tabarau na tuntuɓi, kayan hakora, kayan kwalliya, ko huda huda
