Don tafiya tare da sandar daidai, dole ne a sanya ta a kishiyar kafar da aka ji rauni, saboda yayin sanya sandar a gefe ɗaya na ƙafafun da aka ji rauni, mutum zai ɗora nauyin jiki a saman sandar, wanda ba daidai bane
Sandar karawa ce ƙarin tallafi, wanda ke inganta daidaito don guje wa faɗuwa, amma yana da mahimmanci a yi amfani da shi daidai don kada ya haifar da ciwo a wuyan hannu ko kafaɗa.
Abubuwan kiyayewa masu mahimmanci don amfani da sandar daidai sune:
- Daidaita tsawo na sanda: Mafi girman ɓangaren sandar ya kasance a tsayi daidai da wuyan mara lafiya, lokacin da aka miƙa hannunsa;
- Yi amfani da kirtani sandar da ke kewaye da wuyan hannu don kada kara ta faɗi a ƙasa idan kuna buƙatar amfani da hannaye biyu;
- Matsayi da tafiya sanda kusa da jiki kada ku yi tafiya a kansa;
- Kada ku yi tafiya a ƙasa mai jike kuma ku guji shimfidu;
- Yi hankali lokacin shiga lif da amfani da matakaladon hana faduwa Natsuwa da daidaitawa suna da mahimmanci a wannan lokacin, amma idan kun faɗi, ya kamata ku nemi taimako don tashi da ci gaba, amma idan ciwo yana da muhimmanci a tuntuɓi likitan kashi. Duba yadda zaka rage radadin fadawa cikin: tukwici 5 dan magance ciwon gwiwa.
Wanene ya kamata yayi amfani da kara
An ba da shawarar yin amfani da kara don duk wanda ke buƙatar ƙarin daidaituwa don tashi ko tafiya.
Kyakkyawan gwaji na ko mutum na buƙatar yin amfani da kara shi ne a duba tsawon lokacin da zai yi tafiyar mita 10. Manufa ita ce tafiya mita 10 a cikin sakan 10 ko ƙasa da haka. Idan mai haƙuri yana buƙatar ƙarin lokaci, ana ba da shawarar yin amfani da kara don samar da ƙarin daidaituwa.
Mafi kyawun sanduna sune waɗanda ke da ƙwanƙwasa ƙwanƙwasa kuma suna ba da damar daidaita tsayi. Yawancin lokaci sandunan almini suna da 'ramuka' don daidaita tsayi, amma sandunan katako za a iya yanke su zuwa girman.
