Kodayake kun fahimci menene PPMS da tasirinsa a jikinku, akwai yuwuwar lokuta lokacin da kuke jin keɓewa, keɓewa, kuma wataƙila da ɗan bege. Duk da yake samun wannan yanayin yana da ƙalubalantar faɗi kaɗan, waɗannan ji na al'ada ne.
