Dangane da tsarin abinci na jini, mutanen da ke da jini na A za su iya cin gajiyar abincin da ke cike da kayan lambu da ƙarancin nama da madarar shanu da dangoginsu, saboda suna fama da ƙarin matsalar narkewar abinci. Wannan saboda, a cewar mahaliccin wannan abincin, abincin da ke motsa raunin nauyi a cikin mutane ya bambanta gwargwadon jinin su.
Wannan abincin an kirkireshi ne daga likitan halitta Dr. Peter D’Adamo kuma ya shahara bayan kaddamar da littafin Ka ci Dama 4 Nau’inka, wanda a ciki likitan ya yi bayanin abin da za a ci da abin da za a guje wa gwargwadon kowane jininsa. Ingantattun Abinci
Ingantattun abinci sune waɗanda za'a iya ci a lokacin da suka ga dama, saboda suna hanawa da magance cututtuka ga wannan rukunin mutane, sune:
- Kifi: kodin, jan kifin kifi, kifin kifi, sardines, kifi;
- Cheeses na ganyayyaki, kamar su waken soya da tofu;

Kayan Abinci
Abubuwan da ke cikin jiki sune waɗanda basa hanawa ko haifar da cuta, kuma ga mutanen da ke da jinin A, sune:
- Nama: kaza da turkey;
- Kifi: tuna da hake;
- Abubuwan da aka samo madara: yogurt, mozzarella, ricotta cheese, curd da kuma garin Minas;
- 'Ya'yan itãcen marmari: kankana, zabibi, pear, apple, strawberry, innabi, peach, guava, kiwi;
- Kayan lambu: watercress, chicory, masara, gwoza;
- Hatsi: masara, masarar flakes, sha'ir;
- Kayan yaji da ganye: Rosemary, mustard, nutmeg, basil, oregano, kirfa, mint, faski, sage;
- Sauran: sukari da cakulan.
Kari akan haka, wadannan mutanen suna kuma cin gajiyar al'adar waje da shakatawa, kamar yin yawo da yoga.
Abinci Mara Kyau
Waɗannan abincin na iya tsananta ko haɓaka bayyanar cututtuka:
- Nama: jan nama, kamar naman sa, naman alade da rago;
- Naman da aka sarrafa: naman alade, naman alade, nonon turkey, tsiran alade, tsiran alade, bologna da salami;

Duk da irin nasarar da wannan abincin ya samu, a shekarar 2014 masu bincike daga Jami’ar Toronto, Kanada, sun buga wani bincike da ke nuna cewa bukatun abinci na mutane ba ya bambanta dangane da jininsu, kuma ba lallai ba ne a taƙaita cin wasu abinci kawai saboda suna da jini A ko O, misali.
Shawarar ita ce kowa ya ci abinci mai kyau da bambancin abinci, gami da nau'ikan abinci na yau da kullun da lafiya, duka don rage kiba da kiyaye lafiya da hana cututtuka.
