Rum abinci
Tsarin abinci na Bahar Rum yana da ƙarancin nama da carbohydrates fiye da abincin Amurkawa na yau da kullun. Hakanan yana da karin kayan abinci na tsire-tsire da mai mai kyau (mai kyau). Mutanen da ke zaune a Italiya, Spain, da sauran ƙasashe a yankin Bahar Rum sun ci wannan abincin tsawon ƙarnuka.
