A cikin wata hira ta musamman tare da Siffar, Jamie ta bayyana uku daga cikin yoga da ta fi so don kwanciyar hankali, tsarkin tunani, da ingantaccen tushe. Kalli bidiyon da ke sama don ganin menene!
